Responsibilities
- Develop web-based responsive learning tools for educators and learners
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, sales, and marketing teams to devise products that fulfill customer needs
- Ensure comprehensive end-to-end delivery including tech design, development, testing, and maintenance of products
- Monitor product performance using various observability platforms
- Engage in product engineering for both B2B and B2C segments, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility
- Embrace and integrate new technologies as required
- Maintain responsibility for the quality of code and overall product integrity
- 2+ years of experience in Java development
- Proficiency in web-based product engineering
- Ability to operate across different software stack layers including front end, backend, and database management
- Experience with observability platforms to monitor product health
- Knowledge of cloud-native development practices
- Proven track record of building high-performance, responsive, and accessible web applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Capability to take full ownership of code quality and product outcomes
- Minimum English language level of B2+
