EPAM is looking for a creative, driven and collaborative individual to join our team as a hybrid Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager in London. You will collaborate with colleagues to create and drive disruptive demand-generating marketing campaigns throughout the EMEA market. You will work closely with cross-functional marketing teams at EPAM and Microsoft to create a joint go-to-market strategy, compelling content, and marketing campaigns and provide support to joint EPAM and Microsoft events. You will work closely with colleagues across the globe, specifically focusing on the MENA region across multiple verticals and technology partners to promote the EPAM brand and drive results. Responsibilities
- Support regional stakeholders with marketing activity in the region, including local campaigns, events and PR
- Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, related to Microsoft services and solutions
- Develop strategic plans to support GTM and brand opportunities through liaising with key stakeholders and Partner contacts
- Work with Sales and Alliances teams to execute partner-centric marketing strategies to drive joint business development
- Collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars and events
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Ensure that the EPAM's brand and identity is adhered to in all material and communications
- Work on lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads interested in Microsoft services
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively managed and converted
- 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing or partner marketing
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cloud computing sector
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud offerings and concepts
- Excellent written English with proven experience in a business context
- Knowledge of tools and frameworks utilized in marketing planning
- Experience with common platforms for campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation and segmentation
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A proactive 'can-do' attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships across geographies
- Microsoft Certified Cloud Practitioner or other Microsoft certifications are a plus
