As a Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans that promote EPAMs Microsoft-related solutions and services.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our alliance and business teams to create a marketing strategy, aligned with company and alliance objectives
- Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, related to Microsoft services and solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Partner with the design team to create visually appealing campaign assets
- Support in organizing and promoting Microsoft-related webinars, workshops, and events
- Coordinate logistics, registration, and follow-up activities for virtual and in-person events
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows as needed (approx. 10% travel)
- Develop lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads interested in Microsoft services
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively managed and converted
- Implement marketing automation tools for lead tracking and scoring

- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cloud computing sector
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud and cloud computing concepts
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience with marketing and sales automation software (e.g., Salesforce, D365, Marketo, event management, etc.)
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft Certified Cloud Practitioner or other Microsoft certifications are a plus

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate.
