We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (Cloud & DevOps) to join our team.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our cloud-based applications. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers and work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the software products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
  • Automate the build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications
  • Ensure cloud environments and DevOps processes comply with security standards and best practices
  • Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • B2+ English level
