We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Lead SAP CPI Integration Developer to become a part of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, with a focus on Payroll and Active Directory. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities
- Design integration flows in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
- Develop integration scenarios with data mapping, transformation, and routing
- Utilize SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies
- Manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms
- Implement error handling and monitoring solutions for data integrity and system reliability
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing and integration testing for quality assurance of integration solutions
- Resolve integration issues promptly
- Document integration processes and configurations
- Stay updated on the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
- Gain an understanding of Active Directory processes for user provisioning and de-provisioning
- Work with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in SAP CPI development
- 1+ years relevant leadership experience
- Background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Skills in SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies
- Proficiency in developing and configuring integration flows in SAP CPI with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or related tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP with familiarity in integration patterns and best practices
- Competency in problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility to work independently and within teams
- Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols
- Qualifications in API management concepts
- SAP CPI certification
- Background in other SAP cloud solutions and HR systems
