Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize integration flows (iFlows) in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with a variety of systems on-premise and cloud especially Employee Central Payroll and Active Directory
- Configure secure connections using authentication protocols
- Build intelligent data transformations and routing using Groovy scripting and native tools
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and exception handling to ensure high availability and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and proactively drive improvements to integration architecture
- Stay ahead with evolving SAP integration capabilities, OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and beyond
- Support user provisioning/de-provisioning processes via Active Directory integrations
- Lead testing, debugging, and performance tuning of integration scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP CPI experience (design, development, deployment)
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Payroll modules
- Proficiency in iFlow development, OData APIs, and SAP integration technologies
- Experience with Groovy scripting, XML, XSLT, and data mapping strategies
- Working knowledge of Active Directory / LDAP integration flows
- Strong grasp of secure communication protocols (HTTPS, SFTP, OAuth)
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead technical decisions
- SAP CPI certification
- Experience with additional SAP Cloud applications (e.g., SAP BTP, API Management)
- Exposure to other HR or Payroll systems
- Previous leadership or mentorship in a developer capacity
