Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Basis team in both operational and strategic initiatives
- Oversee administration, upgrades, enhancements, and defect fixes for SAP HANA and SAP RISE
- Administer SAP environments, including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement SAP solutions
- Design and execute SAP system monitoring and optimization strategies
- Ensure adherence to security standards and data protection guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support for SAP systems
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
- Allocate budgets effectively for SAP infrastructure and resources

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in SAP Basis management, with expertise in SAP HANA and SAP RISE
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Proven background in successful SAP system implementations and migrations
- Understanding of SAP architecture, database management, and cloud integration
- Leadership competency and team-building qualifications
- Problem-solving aptitude and capability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders across different levels
- English proficiency at a professional standard
- Qualifications in HANA certification for SAP
- Qualifications in SAP RISE certification
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori and UI5 architecture
- Understanding of SAP integration technologies such as PI/PO
- Competency in scripting and automation tools tailored for SAP operations
