Lead Marketing Operations Specialist

Our team is looking for a Lead Marketing Operations Specialist to drive and optimize our consumer-focused programs. You will be responsible for leading the execution of new and existing campaigns with A/B testing across email, app, and web notification platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can innovate, test, and optimize results while managing a team in a fast-paced, agile marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Modify content and make copy changes to support A/B testing or new creative launches
  • Develop and enhance personalization strategies based on consumer behavior insights
  • Design and execute tests to validate key hypotheses; deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Maintain high-quality assurance standards before review and production launches
  • Analyze and compile campaign performance reports with actionable insights
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing operations team members
  • Ensure marketing automation best practices are followed

  • 7 years of professional experience working with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools
  • Expert-level ability to edit and implement HTML and extensive responsive coding
  • Experience with email and app notification platforms, including campaign setup, list segmentation, personalization, and automation
  • Strategic mindset with strong decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • B2+ English level
