Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Modify content and make copy changes to support A/B testing or new creative launches
- Develop and enhance personalization strategies based on consumer behavior insights
- Design and execute tests to validate key hypotheses; deliver reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Maintain high-quality assurance standards before review and production launches
- Analyze and compile campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- Mentor and guide junior marketing operations team members
- Ensure marketing automation best practices are followed
- 7 years of professional experience working with marketing automation platforms
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools
- Expert-level ability to edit and implement HTML and extensive responsive coding
- Experience with email and app notification platforms, including campaign setup, list segmentation, personalization, and automation
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree
- B2+ English level
