Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust the Test Plan and Test Strategy according to project needs
- Coordinate QA Team activities including planning, estimation, and task prioritization
- Manage changes by updating processes and handling improvements in project situations
- Create and update Jira dashboards, collect QA statistics, and perform status reporting
- Oversee automation progress within the team
- Provide Sprint sign-off and support production releases
- Offer constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in various meetings including grooming, planning, and daily standups
- Facilitate communication within the distributed team across different locations
- Act as the offshore team representative for on-site interactions
- Conduct functional testing of e-commerce applications across multiple platforms
- Perform web analytics testing and validations using tools like Adobe Analytics
- Review and analyze product requirements for clarity and consistency
- Write and verify defects ensuring they are accurately logged

- 5+ years of QA experience in functional testing
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams of 5-8 engineers
- Basic experience in mobile testing and API/Web services testing
- Capability to define and improve Testing Strategy
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Reliability and self-dependence in challenging situations
- Ability to handle stress and adapt to changing project demands
- Experience with Behavior Driven Development approach and Gherkin language
- Familiarity with the e-commerce domain
