Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the Java codebase
- Build microservices and REST APIs for backend systems
- Conduct unit testing to ensure software reliability
- Maintain high code quality through regular code reviews
- Promote best practices like code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies to strengthen team dynamics
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions to align with project objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

- A degree in Computer Science or a related field; preference for a Master's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Capability to design APIs and familiarity with microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, ideally in wealth management
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken at C1 level)
- Understanding of financial services industry standards
