We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to take charge of our development team and drive the success of our client's flagship product, a Win32/64-based application.
As the Lead Java Developer, you will oversee the enhancement of the application, which features components in Java and JavaScript/React, and work extensively with Oracle databases and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Java applications with other systems
• Oversee the migration of the on-premise application to Oracle Cloud
• Maintain and optimize Oracle databases associated with the application
• Ensure code quality, performance and reliability by implementing best practices and standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Proficiency in Java 8, JAX, and JUnit
• Strong background in Oracle Database Platform and Oracle Database Service
• Skills in JavaScript or React for UI development
• Capability to work with any of the major cloud providers; knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of REST services concepts and solutions
