We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to boost our software systems involved in the design and implementation of Data Centers.
The selected candidate will be instrumental in crafting new pioneering features, refining existing code, and enhancing the system's efficiency to cater to the ever-changing requirements of our clients. In this capacity, the Senior Java Developer will maintain daily direct communication with the client and collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and product managers in a modern, autonomous engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and develop a scalable, high-performance platform utilized by external clients for innovating new applications and solutions
• Suggest designs and architectural ideas for components you work on
• Upgrade and refine code to improve efficiency and functionality
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers and product managers
• Keep continuous communication with the client and manage client expectations effectively
• Prioritize delivering high-quality work on schedule with fewer meetings to enhance development time

• 5+ years of experience with Java 8+, JUnit, Mockito, and SQL
• Proficiency in Git or other version control systems
• Competency in developing and integrating software throughout complete system life cycles
• Excellent English communication abilities with experience in client-facing communications
• Self-management and adept prioritization abilities

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of Guice, Protocol Buffers, and Guava
