We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our cross-functional scrum team within a business capability POD.
The chosen candidate will offer strong expertise in Java and Spring Framework, contributing significantly to the development of backend solutions that improve our business operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java codebase
- Construct back-end micro-services and REST APIs
- Execute comprehensive unit testing to ensure robust software performance
- Maintain high code quality through regular code reviews
- Promote and adhere to best practices such as code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Actively engage in SCRUM ceremonies to enhance team collaboration
- Actively participate in estimation and planning sessions to align with project objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
- At least 5 years of development experience
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework
- Competency in constructing APIs and understanding microservices architecture
- Background in financial services, particularly in wealth management, which is preferred but not essential
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
- Understanding of industry standards in financial services
