We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Java Developer with proficiency in Angular to lead our software development efforts.
This role involves collaboration in the development of an MVP and subsequent responsibilities for maintaining and evolving the application. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a track record of problem-solving and software development.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Devise and modify procedures to address and resolve problems within system limitations
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software systems
- Prepare detailed software specifications to guide coding and system design
- Consult with the team to develop business relationships across departments ensuring successful software implementations
- Monitor and report project status while identifying and mitigating risks impeding project goals
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and IT colleagues to achieve excellent service levels

- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Java development and familiarity with Spring framework
- Proficiency in Angular 2+ (TypeScript) and building applications using microservices architecture
- Strong experience with SQL, relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), and Hibernate
- Experience in Cloud environments, particularly GCP
- Competency with Git / GitHub and an understanding of branching strategies like Gitflow
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile practices, with experience in Scrum framework
- Skills in CI/CD process development and tools like Jenkins
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Kibana
