We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our SRE/Support team. The candidate will work closely with development and support teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. Additionally, the candidate will have Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) responsibilities to maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our applications.

  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible
  • Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and delivery
  • Develop and maintain observability solutions to monitor system performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with development and support teams to implement SRE practices and ensure system reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner
  • Optimize system performance and ensure the scalability of infrastructure
  • Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with observability tools and practices
  • Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, JavaScript, or Java
