Responsibilities
- Manage observability infrastructure and ensure its effective functioning
- Create and manage monitoring and logging systems for the organization
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps engineers for seamless integration of observability infrastructure
- Lead and guide a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of observability systems
- Ensure the effective implementation and management of Grafana Stack focused infrastructure
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the observability infrastructure and systems
- Participate in the design and implementation of custom Prometheus exporters
- Provide guidance and share expertise with team members to facilitate effective observability infrastructure management

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience in managing observability infrastructure and crafting custom Prometheus exporters
- Expertise in creating and managing monitoring and logging systems
- Proficient in working closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of observability infrastructure
- Knowledge of Grafana and K8s
- Deep understanding of Amazon Web Services, Terraform, and Datadog for effective infrastructure management
- Excellent technical abilities with a knack for creative problem-solving and design innovation in the DevOps space
- Ability to lead and guide a team of engineers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in implementing and managing Grafana Stack focused infrastructure
- Strong command of English (B2+), enabling clear and effective communication with the team and stakeholders
- Experience with OpenTelemetry Collector (OTEL)
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the DevOps space
