Responsibilities
- Digital Project Leadership: Lead and manage digital projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs
- Agile Environment: Work within agile teams, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and continuously improving processes
- Distributed Environments: Effectively collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographical locations
- Front End & AEM Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of front-end technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create engaging digital experiences
- CCV2 (Payment) Integration: Provide expert knowledge in integrating CCV2 payment solutions, ensuring secure and seamless transactions
- API Knowledge: Utilize your strong API knowledge to facilitate system integrations, and data exchange, and enhance functionality
- Upper Funnel Experience: Apply your understanding of upper funnel marketing activities to improve customer acquisition strategies and drive engagement is an asset!
- Retail Industry Insights: Bring your exposure to retail industries to the table, helping shape solutions that meet the unique needs of retail businesses
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are captured accurately
- Communication & Elicitation: Excel in communication and elicitation skills, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements
- Epic Decomposition: Break down large epics into manageable user stories and tasks, ensuring clarity and focus for development teams
- Proxy Product Owner: Act as a proxy product owner when required, prioritizing backlogs, and making informed decisions on feature development

- Skilled in managing digital projects from start to finish, aligning with business goals and user needs
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience in cross-functional team collaboration and adaptability to changing requirements
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Teams, Jira) and effective management of distributed teams across time zones
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with an emphasis on user experience
- Expertise in integrating secure payment solutions (CCV2), and understanding of PCI-DSS compliance
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and data exchange, including technical documentation skills

- Strong relationship-building skills and effective expectation management through clear communication

- Experience working in distributed environments with onshore and offshore teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Troubleshooter, motivated team player, able to take leadership over the complicated tasks, initiative
