Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with 10-12 years of experience in business analysis and product ownership. This role requires hands-on experience with market-leading CRMs, ERPs, UI/UX design, data management, and AI-driven solutions.

• Lead business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Design and document business requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Work closely with Agile teams to implement Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Drive the adoption of AI models to enhance productivity in business analysis and product ownership activities
• Oversee data management, ETL processes, and API integrations
• Develop mock-ups and wireframes to support UI/UX design efforts
• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and product ownership
• Expertise in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences, with the ability to adapt to new domains
• Hands-on experience with market-leading CRMs and ERPs
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design and mock-ups
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience working with data management, ETL processes, and APIs
• Proven track record of implementing AI models to enhance productivity in business analysis and product ownership
• Experience in AI solutioning as a business analyst or product owner
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• English level B2+
