We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst specializing in the payment domain to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of payment systems and should be adept in managing and analyzing complex business requirements. This role requires engagement across multiple technical and business teams to drive optimized solutions that align with architectural standards and business goals.

• Learn the functionality, architecture, and operational aspects of the platform products
• Understand business context and customer use cases related to the platform
• Elaborate user stories, define criteria for backlog items, and prioritize accordingly
• Foster strong relationships across technical teams to ensure alignment with platform architecture
• Model business processes/workflows and align software requirements with business strategies
• Communicate complex systems issues effectively with technical teams
• Manage agile delivery methodologies like scrum and Kanban alongside CI/CD processes
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and oral forms
• Negotiate requirements efficiently and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Oversee data management and ensure secure data transfers
• Balance multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Utilize product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha! efficiently

• 9 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the payment domain
• Proficiency in SQL, API, and CICD
• Knowledge of SWIFT, MT/MX, or FX messages
• Familiarity with Java, RDBMS, and Messaging Middleware
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture with frameworks such as Kafka and Axon
• Proficiency in comprehensive agile delivery methodologies
• Competency in data management practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience in building and maintaining Critical National Infrastructure
• Past work experience in Payment space
• Familiarity with FX, SWIFT, or ACH systems within a banking industry
• Familiarity with ISO 20022
