We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence tools and governance, with the ability to quickly build requirements and iterative measures. You will work closely with product owners and development teams to better understand business strategies, define MVPs, and deliver continuous value to end-users.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the product owner to clarify the needs of business strategy leaders and users
- Define MVPs and iterative plans with stakeholders for delivering value using epics and features
- Create and refine user stories with minimal coaching based on features that may not be well-defined
- Understand technical strategies and system integrations to identify and communicate divisional dependencies
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to develop test strategies and plans based on acceptance criteria
- Support the delivery of incremental and continuous value to end users ensuring implementation meets expected user value
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using basic and advanced tools with minimal support
- Escalate issues as needed and work with users to resolve them
- Perform impact analysis and share findings to inform priority decisions and accelerate definition and refinement of features and user stories
- Document and address risks associated with products and/or processes in compliance with policies and procedures

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Previous experience developing and maintaining content within BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Expertise in writing and reviewing SQL
- Proficiency in building requirements and measuring tools for business intelligence platforms
- Capability to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Qualifications in creating and maintaining complex business flow diagrams such as process maps and data flows
- Familiarity with Collibra, Tableau, and Power BI
- Experience with or preference for implementing BI platform governance
- Understanding of compliance with risk and documentation policies
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Power BI administration for acquiring and presenting measures
- Experience in a similar role in the Governance and Measurement sector
