Responsibilities
- Conduct knowledge transfer to gain a thorough understanding of the product
- Master configuration tasks, including rating mechanisms and user interface features
- Prepare detailed documentation for prototypes and configuration processes
- Create Epics, Features, and User Stories within Microsoft Azure DevOps for intricate functionalities
- Build a centralized knowledge repository to document all knowledge transfer and related activities using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Support ongoing efforts in configuration and troubleshooting
- Analyze production issues to identify root causes for the core team
- Develop issue-specific documents that enhance team understanding
- Craft comprehensive user requirements documents that outline solutions
- Collaborate with business users, vendor business analysts, and development teams to address issues and propose actionable steps
- Facilitate the elicitation and estimation of business and technical requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis with a concentration in insurance applications
- Proficiency in SQL to perform data analysis and generate reports
- Background in analyzing documentation and managing requirements
- Familiarity with Insurity or comparable insurance policy administration platforms
- Understanding of requirements and change management workflows
- Excellent English communication skills for client interactions
- Background in managing migration projects
- Certifications in Business Analysis or relevant disciplines
- Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite effectively
- Familiarity with SharePoint features and capabilities
