We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to guide and manage the assessment and improvement of our commerce and content platforms.
Working closely with both technical and business teams, this role involves leadership and collaboration to ensure effective platform strategies that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform assessment activities in areas including B2B Commerce, B2C Commerce, and E-Commerce Platforms
• Collaborate with UX teams to enhance user experience and platform functionality
• Facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements
• Clarify and negotiate business needs and requirements with stakeholders
• Prioritize business requirements to align with strategic goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Princess Auto Business/Product Owners
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business analysis outcomes
• Develop and recommend solutions to enhance platform performance
• Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication
• Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management

• Proven experience of 5+ years in business analysis, preferably within retail or related sectors
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• Expertise in E-Commerce Platforms, B2B and B2C Commerce
• Proficiency in Content Platforms and MACH Platforms
• Strong understanding of platform assessment strategies and requirements gathering
• Background in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Capability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent negotiation and prioritization skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems
