Responsibilities
- Identify dependencies and clarify requirements while planning the roadmap
- Write detailed specifications in the form of user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Initiate and schedule meetings to gather insights and information
- Support engineering teams to help them achieve their objectives
- Test features and prioritize bugs to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Document and gather business requirements across multiple projects
- Enable communication between clients and technical teams to ensure clear understanding
- Assist teams in creating project timelines and compiling status updates
- Evaluate current processes and recommend actionable improvements
- Join agile ceremonies to provide valuable contributions to team efforts

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis focused on delivering projects
- Leadership experience in coordinating and managing project activities
- Background in web development projects, with an emphasis on API integrations
- Proficiency in API and integration platforms
- Competency in defining and documenting business requirements
- Understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
- Skills in writing clear and effective user stories for development teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Certifications in business analysis or related fields
- Background in identity and access management solutions
- Familiarity with creating customer-facing features
- Expertise in mobile web development practices
- Knowledge of additional project management tools
