We are seeking an Integrations Product Owner to lead our Loyalty Platform Modernization initiative.
In this role, you will leverage the expertise of a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Architect to drive the modernization of our Loyalty Platform. You will oversee integrations, address their complexities, and make critical strategic decisions that ensure program success. Join us to redefine the future of our loyalty solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, evolve, and oversee all integrations within the customer Loyalty Platform
- Write user stories related to integration and assign them to multiple teams involved in modernization
- Design API contracts and integration workflows with architectural support when necessary
- Refine and plan stories for teams, providing necessary clarification and guidance when needed
- Validate and approve stories based on established criteria to deliver high-quality integrations
- Attend architecture, design, and business meetings to determine integration requirements
- Engage in design discussions, providing constructive feedback to architects when required
- Generate output artifacts, including user stories, sequence diagrams, and API contracts

- 7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with platforms such as Apigee, MuleSoft, and Apache Kafka
- Technical aptitude combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Curiosity and openness to learning new platforms and technologies
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Background in Legacy Modernization
- Proficiency in Postman
- Familiarity with Rally Software
- Experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry
