We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Security Architect with proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team.
This critical role will focus on the implementation and management of IAM solutions based on the SailPoint product, as well as integrating third-party systems (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce) with SailPoint. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with SailPoint and the capability to elevate our IAM capabilities using advanced technologies and solutions.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

- Design robust IAM solutions using SailPoint integrated with third-party systems such as Coupa, Salesforce, and others
- Manage API development for seamless integration and functionality enhancement across diverse systems
- Provide technical leadership in strategy meetings, offering insights into IAM best practices, including federation protocols like SAML and OAuth for SSO capabilities
- Oversee identity solutions lifecycle management, spanning onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning phases
- Develop IAM policies aligned with security, operational efficiency, and compliance objectives
- Background in SailPoint and IAM integration with third-party applications
- Knowledge of SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth) and microservices architecture
- Competency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in security protocols, cryptography, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management
- Qualifications in communication and collaboration, demonstrated through simplifying technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
