Join EPAM as a Business Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In this role, you'll execute discovery from a business architecture perspective, oversee the setup and configuration of new SFMC instances, and design customer journeys.

• Execute discovery from a business architecture perspective to gather and analyze requirements
• Oversee the setup and configuration of new SFMC instances and Business Units
• Design and manage customer journeys and automation processes using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Develop and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
• Design and document Business Processes Architecture at Level 1 and Level 2

• 4-5 years of proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and proficiency in AMPScript and SQL queries
• Experience in Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder
• Strong communication skills and requirements gathering ability
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator OR Email Specialist certification required
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification required and fluent in English (C1 according to the CEFR)
