Responsibilities
- Responsible for oversight of the entire Salesforce solution
- Expert on Salesforce products and best practices
- Architect solutions that meet business requirements and follow best practices
- Lead daily scrums and assist team in removing any impediments
- Provide incremental demonstrations during sprint review ceremonies
- Oversee the delivery of the overall solution
- Must have experience with Core Clouds, CRMA + Field Service Lightning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Provide solutions based on Salesforce best practices
- Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certified
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified
- Agile methodology experience
- Salesforce Field Service Certified
- Fluent in English (C1 according to the CEFR)
- Salesforce CRM Analytics Certification
- Salesforce Data Architect Certification
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect Certification
