Azure Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure, Intune, and O365 products, coupled with solid knowledge in Windows Server systems administration. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our cloud and on-premises environments while supporting our enterprise infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 support for Azure cloud services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure components such as ADDS, MS CA, DNS, and DFS
  • Monitor system performance, implement routine automation, and perform configuration and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Azure services (AVD, Compute, AKS, Databases)
  • Utilize security tools such as MS Defender and Azure DLP to enhance our security posture
  • Support and manage Microsoft productivity and enterprise management stacks (O365, Exchange, SCCM, SCVMM, SCO, SCOM, SCDPM)
  • Follow ITIL processes and leverage ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management

  • Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Azure, Intune, and O365 products
  • Experience in Windows Server systems administration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure services (ADDS, MS CA, DNS, DFS)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools
  • Proficiency in English (B1+ level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with bare-metal infrastructure and on-premises virtualization (Hyper-V)
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks
  • Certifications in Azure or related technologies
