We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester in Java to join our team and enhance testing processes for a prominent Wealth Management client.
In this role, you will ensure software quality and reliability with automated testing. Collaborating closely with the development team, you will design and implement test strategies that cover both back-end services and front-end applications. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of a robust automation framework, streamlining testing efforts within an agile workflow.

Responsibilities
- Write functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
- Automate regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing
- Plan automation tasks aligned with testing standards
- Troubleshoot system issues creatively and efficiently
- Automate tests for both back-end services and front-end applications
- Document and report defects in detail
- Manage test data and maintain test environments
- Oversee version management of test scripts

- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 2+ years in test automation development or a combination of development and testing experience
- Proficiency in REST testing and tools like Selenium or alternatives
- Skills in creating and maintaining automation scripts for acceptance criteria
- Background in agile methodology and integration of test suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques at a solid level
