We are seeking a talented Automation Tester in Java to join our team and advance our testing capabilities for a leading Wealth Management client.
You will play an essential role in validating the quality and functionality of our software products through automation. Collaborating with the development team, you will design and implement effective testing approaches targeting both back-end services and front-end applications. Your knowledge will contribute to building a reliable automation framework and optimizing testing workflows in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Define functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
- Automate test cases for regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing
- Create plans to execute automation tasks while observing testing guidelines
- Troubleshoot system issues with innovative approaches
- Develop automation tests for back-end services and front-end applications
- Prepare defect documentation and reports
- Organize test data and monitor test environments
- Ensure proper version control for test scripts

- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and a minimum of 2 years in test automation development or combined development and testing work
- Background in REST testing and familiarity with Selenium or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation scripts that meet acceptance criteria
- Understanding of agile methodology and experience integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Competency in analytical thinking, organization, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of manual testing at a good level
- Understanding of Cucumber
- Background in Java
- Familiarity with Jira and SQL
- Knowledge of qTest
