We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester in Java to join our team and contribute to enhancing our testing processes for a prominent Wealth Management client.
You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing. Collaborating closely with the development team, you will create and implement effective test strategies for both back-end services and front-end applications. Your contributions will help strengthen our automation framework and optimize our testing within an agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Write functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
- Automate regression testing, functional testing, and smoke testing
- Plan automation tasks in alignment with testing standards
- Troubleshoot system issues creatively and efficiently
- Automate testing processes for both back-end services and front-end applications
- Document defects and report findings concisely
- Manage test data and test environments effectively
- Oversee version control of test scripts

- At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, with 2+ years in test automation development or a combination of development and testing experience
- Competency in REST testing and tools like Selenium or equivalent
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining automation scripts aligned with acceptance criteria
- Background in agile methodology and integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
- Understanding of manual testing processes at a solid level
- Understanding of Cucumber
- Qualifications in Java
- Familiarity with Jira and SQL
- Background in qTest
