Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Use application monitoring tools to assess and maintain system performance
- Apply SQL for database querying and management
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and prioritize support requests
- Deliver technical support to end-users and other stakeholders
- Participate actively in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning and iterative workflows
- Leverage the ITIL framework to optimize support processes
- Enforce internal security standards and frameworks to ensure compliance and data protection
