Responsibilities
- Partner effectively with recruiters and interviewers globally
- Streamline the handling and organization of incoming interview queries
- Scrutinize and confirm the accuracy of data in interview requests
- Utilize a variety of tools to appropriately pair interviewers with candidates according to their skills, job requirements, and experience
- Coordinate the arrangement of technical interviews in multiple locales
- Match the availability of interviewers and candidates to confirm interview timings
- Provide support for any technical issues encountered by interviewers or candidates during the interview process
- Keep consistent and timely interactions with recruiters, candidates, and subject matter experts

- A minimum of 6 months of relevant professional experience
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving situations
- Exceptional communication capabilities
- Acute attention to detail
- Competent in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking, with a minimum proficiency level of B2+
