This key position requires close collaboration with our recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient technical interviews for our candidates.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and interviewers around the world
- Manage and process incoming interview requests
- Assess and verify the completeness and accuracy of data in each request
- Employ various selection tools to appoint interviewers who match the candidates' profiles based on expertise, job requirements, and level
- Organize the scheduling of technical interviews at multiple locations
- Ensure interview slots are synchronized with the availability of interviewers and candidates
- Provide support to interviewers and candidates who encounter access issues during the interview process
- Maintain regular and timely communication with recruiters, candidates, and other stakeholders

- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, at least at a B2+ level
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly focused and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing multiple tasks
