This crucial role involves working closely with our recruitment team to coordinate and streamline technical interviews for our candidates effectively.

Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and interviewers globally
- Oversee and handle the influx of interview requests
- Review and confirm the accuracy and completeness of data for each request
- Use various tools to match interviewers with candidates based on expertise, job requirements, and seniority
- Arrange the scheduling of technical interviews across different locations
- Match interview time slots with the availability of both interviewers and candidates
- Assist interviewers and candidates with any issues related to accessing the interview process
- Keep consistent and timely communication with recruiters, candidates, and other relevant parties

- Strong command of both spoken and written English, minimum B2+ level
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new changes
