We are on the hunt for a proactive, detail-focused, and versatile professional to serve as an Administrative Support Specialist in our Global Technical Interview Service department. This key position requires extensive cooperation with our recruitment team to efficiently conduct and manage technical interviews for our candidates, ensuring a seamless and organized interview process.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with recruiters and interviewers worldwide
- Manage and streamline the reception and organization of incoming interview requests
- Thoroughly check and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in interview requests
- Apply various selection tools to accurately align interviewers with candidates based on their skills, job specifications, and levels of experience
- Manage the coordination of technical interviews across different international locations
- Align and confirm interview schedules for both interviewers and candidates
- Provide support to resolve any technical challenges faced by interviewers or candidates during interviews
- Consistently maintain punctual and effective communication with recruiters, candidates, and industry specialists

- At least 6 months of pertinent professional experience
- Quick to understand and adapt to new developments and changing environments
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Fluent in written and spoken English, achieving at least a B2+ proficiency level
