Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous, adaptive, and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist within the Global Technical Interview Service department. This role involves working in close collaboration with our recruitment team to facilitate seamless technical interviews for our candidates.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside recruiters and interviewers globally
• Track and handle incoming requests for interviews
• Examine incoming data for each request to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Utilize various tools to select suitable interviewers based on criteria such as expertise, job requirements, and seniority, ensuring a good match with the candidate's profile
• Coordinate the scheduling of technical interviews across various locations
• Align interview time slots with the availability of both interviewers and candidates
• Offer support to interviewers and candidates experiencing difficulties during the interview access process
• Keep consistent and prompt communication with recruiters, candidates, and specialists

• Proficient in both spoken and written English, minimum level B2+
• Quick to learn and capable of adjusting to new changes
• Strong communication abilities
• High level of focus and attention to detail
• Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks

• Work on a flexible schedule remotely or from any of our comfortable offices or coworking spaces in Ukraine
• Receive the necessary equipment to perform your work tasks
