Responsibilities
- Work closely with recruiters and interviewers across the globe
- Efficiently manage the flow and organization of incoming interview inquiries
- Carefully verify the completeness and accuracy of information in interview requests
- Use diverse tools to correctly match interviewers with candidates based on expertise, job criteria, and experience levels
- Oversee the scheduling of technical interviews across various global locations
- Ensure that interview timings are coordinated between interviewers and candidates
- Offer assistance for any technical difficulties experienced by interviewers or candidates during interviews
- Maintain regular and timely communication with recruiters, candidates, and industry experts

- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing circumstances
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with at least a B2+ level of proficiency
