Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
Enovis, a leading medical technology company, is seeking a Manager, End User Computing (EUC) to oversee the support and operations of end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, handheld scanners, printers, and associated applications. This role ensures compliance with IT policies and regulatory obligations, including HIPAA and FDA standards, while driving operational excellence through clear KPIs, trend analysis, and proactive problem management. The ideal candidate will lead a team of support professionals to deliver exceptional end-user experiences while contributing to the organization's strategic IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT support professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and development opportunities for team members.
- Act as an escalation point for critical end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
EUC Support & Asset Management:
- Oversee all deskside support operations for end-user devices and applications, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, refresh cycles, and retirement, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Maintain acceptable levels of device aging through proactive refresh cycles and ensure readiness of equipment for new hires.
Support Ticket Management & Problem Resolution:
- Manage ticket triage and resolution processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and maintaining proper ticket hygiene.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to identify support trends and recurring issues, driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and problem management.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all support operations comply with IT policies and applicable regulatory obligations, such as HIPAA and FDA requirements.
- Collaborate with internal compliance teams to adapt processes to meet changing regulatory standards.
Strategic Direction & Communication:
- Partner with the PMO to support facility expansions, acquisition planning, and IT enablement for growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure proper setup and integration of enterprise applications within end-user environments.
- Develop and implement communication plans for IT policy rollouts, system upgrades, and user-impacting changes.
Operational Efficiency & Reporting:
- Use KPI dashboards and data-driven insights to report on performance trends, successes, and areas for improvement to IT leadership.
- Drive enterprise asset management strategies to optimize resource utilization and support growth initiatives.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Assist in planning and managing budgets related to EUC operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate resource onboarding and allocation to meet organizational growth needs.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or end-user computing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset management, desktop operating systems, enterprise applications, and support tools.
- Experience implementing KPIs, managing performance dashboards, and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and FDA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ITIL practices and enterprise asset management systems.
- Background in medical technology or healthcare IT environments.
- Experience managing global IT support operations and user-impacting rollouts.
