Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
The Senior Leader, Practice Management Systems position leads a complex and significant body of work responsible for the overall strategy and execution to evolve and drive branch adoption of diagnostic, sales enablement and other Practice Management tools and technology including Salesforce. This role is responsible for setting the direction for the capability for the firm, for all branch teams and serving as the firm expert from a Practice Management standards lens.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785
Skills/Requirements
- Proven experience leading large and complex projects
- Strongly preferred minimum of 7+ years progressive experience in Salesforce/IT roles and other proven software, systems, and tools
- Proven experience in leading large and complex projects
- Proven and sustained ability to lead groups of people toward shared outcomes
- Exceptional influencing and communication
- Strategic and systems thinking with experience in the development of broad strategy
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the impacts changing industry standards may have on the firm as it relates to branch support.
