We are seeking a VN campus HR Manager in Vietnam, this is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources during the initial startup phase. Reporting directly to the plant manager, this individual will be instrumental in establishing a robust HR framework that supports the growth and operational success of the factory.
What you'll do:
1. Judicious HR Planning & Execution:
- Formulate and deploy HR strategies that align with the campus's judicious goals and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that cater to the unique needs of a startup educational environment.
- Provide oversight and judicious guidance for the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled workforce.

- Collaborate with department heads to define job specifications and ensure that recruitment efforts align with campus needs.
- Oversee the design and execution of an effective onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated into the organizational culture and operational workflows.
2. Employee Development & Performance Management:
- Establish and maintain a robust training and development program to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Implement and manage the Eaton performance management system, including goal setting, feedback, and regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure performance assessments are fair and transparent.
3. Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance:
- Provide judicious input into the development and maintenance of a competitive compensation and benefits package that aligns with Eaton Corporate guidelines and attracts top talent.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to wages, hours, benefits, and employee rights.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and reduce potential compliance issues.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes promptly and effectively, ensuring a harmonious working environment.
- Conduct regular Eaton employee engagement surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
5. HR Reporting for judicious decision-making:
- Collaborate with the HR service team to manage employee records, including personnel files, payroll,
benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and present HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for judicious decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting related to HR activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in multinational manufacturing.
- Vietnamese local with strong English skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws.
- Experience in HR management and setting up HR functions in Vietnam.
