Eaton's GEIS division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do:
• Work cross-functionally to create a robust value stream for the Press/Pack value stream and assigned product lines for both current and future state
• Lead a team of direct & indirect reports to implement improvements to efficiencies & productivity in the area
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to deliver a strategy for current and future business needs for these product lines

• Build capability of value stream group leaders/members to drive improvements & accountability
• Review existing processes/systems and drive implementation of improvements using lean CI tools
• Manage headcount and GU to profit plan.
• Develop departmental performance targets & ensure KPIs are met
• Own the supply chain relationship to drive OTD with planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct manager
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience
- Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL will be considered. Active-duty military members are exempt from this geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field of study from an accredited institution
- Experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment
- SAP business system experience
- Management or Supervisory experience
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Process management experience
