For our local team in Glyfada, Greece, we are seeking a Senior Application Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in medium and high voltage ETO. The role involves the following tasks:

- Responsible for the application, design, and costing of medium and high voltage ETO reactive power compensating equipment focusing on power capacitors for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Markets.
- Interacts and coordinates designs with Proposal Engineers, Structural Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Design Engineering.
- Provides technical training to customers as appropriate.
- Determines appropriate costing of Bill of Materials for capacitor products.
- Develops complex capacitor solution packages from customer specifications.
- Writes technical specifications for equipment (e.g. reactors, circuit breakers, resistors, arrestors, P&C)
- Technically evaluates bids for components from vendors.
- Analyzes and interprets customer technical requirements from customer inquiries and specifications.
- Interprets systems study results to develop proper, cost effective solutions.
- Coordinates with Operations Technical support to ensure quoted product is manufacturable.
- Provides technical support to Marketing regarding sales inquiries, equipment application, and engineering analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution with an emphases in power systems.
- Three years of electrical power systems or electric utility focused experience

- Fluent in English both written and spoken
