Eaton's Corporate Information Technology team is looking for an IT Senior Manager - ERP Security. The preferred location for this position is our Corporate office in Beachwood, OH, but our major IT hubs in the US, including Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Galesburg, MI, Houston, TX, or a remote setting could be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Up to 25% travel is required.

What you'll do:

As the ERP Security Sr. Manager, you will maximize the value of ERP Security and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) by managing the product backlog across multiple systems like S4, ECC, and Oracle ERB. You will lead a team to protect SAP and Oracle applications by developing security solutions and ensuring compliance with regulations such as SOX. This includes creating policies, security models, and solutions like Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, CTD controls, and Security Role Provisioning.

You need to have strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle security configurations and regulatory compliance. You will implement and maintain standards, governance models, and best practices, while driving efficiencies through AI technologies, process optimization, and automation. Collaboration with various levels of the organization is crucial for understanding business objectives, facilitating solutions, and ensuring compliance.

Additionally, you will set the product vision, work with senior leaders to influence strategic business objectives, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and define key operational processes like the product release schedule. You will work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team.

• Lead and manage a global team of internal and external SAP security resources
• Develop, communicate, and deploy SAP Security governance standards and best practices across the support and delivery of SAP security and GRC topics
• Drive solution architecture, ensure technical alignment and facilitate technical solution delivery across SAP security related activities
• Ensuring SOX, SOD, CTD and audit compliance across the SAP landscapes
• Accountable for maintaining high levels of solution design, change control, standardization, and reusability, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
• Greater proven implementation experience on a wider range of projects with a greater scope in terms of technological and geographical span.
• Manage contracts with software and service vendors to support the product strategy. Manage vendor strategy and relationship.
• Plan, manage, and track product funding and the team's time. Is fully responsible for product budget and profit plan
• Work closely with business stakeholders and customers, understanding their priorities and defining business outcomes and KPIs for the product in collaboration with those key stakeholders
• Drive definition and continuous improvement of product processes (e.g., Lean, Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, etc.)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within SAP and/or Oracle security and GRC across a complex multiple ERP instance architecture
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent position.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior manager of people experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Experience in a government contracting environment a plus.

• Exceptional ERP Security functional knowledge across GRC, SOX, SOD, CTD, role design and governance processes.
• Experience directly managing and developing professional team members
• Executive communication skills
• Strong knowledge of and experience working with design thinking methodologies
• Expertise with creation and management of product roadmaps
• Strong understanding of lean principles with respect to product and portfolio management
• Data orientation and ability to make data-driven decisions

• Proven ability to drive change across organizational boundaries

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
