As part of this mission, we are seeking an HR Manager for Turin HQ and Karlsruhe Office to join our team in TURIN, who will be responsible for consolidating and tracking HR Analytics and implementing the Compensation & Benefits strategy within the Mobility Group EMEA, in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits COE teams.

What you'll do:

  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Develop a positive employee relations environment, ensuring adherence to Eaton's values and compliance with employment laws and guidelines.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor for the Torino and Karlsruhe leadership teams, aligning organizational practices with business strategies and driving culture change.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, assess, and select top talent, and develop strategies for training, development, and retention to optimize organizational capability.
  • Performance & Compensation Management: Integrate performance management practices, administer competitive compensation programs, and ensure accurate HR data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance: Interface with Works Councils and Trade Unions, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and support community efforts and safety culture.
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Partner with HRMs to establish a common C&B approach, coordinate merit cycles, and oversee regional variable pay plans review.
  • HR Analytics & Data Management: Update and consolidate the Regional HR Scorecard, analyze data and trends, and lead HR data audits to ensure accuracy and provide insights. Lead regular HR Data Audits for Mobility Group EMEA ensuring data accuracy and proper reports for the Leadership.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in HR special projects, maintain effective communication with the Finance community, and support profit planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years managing people.
  • Experience in HR management at a regional or multi-plant level would be a plus.
  • Eligible to work in European countries without company sponsorship.

Skills:

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with German preferred.
  • Ability to lead in a complex, matrix organization.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results and ensure compliance with federal and state employee regulations.
  • Skills in program development and deployment, conducting training needs analysis, and ensuring completion of employee job evaluations.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to coach managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in organizational development and navigating multicultural contexts.
