We're building a new manufacturing campus in Vietnam, and we need a visionary Finance Manager to drive financial strategy during this critical startup phase and beyond. This role is your chance to architect the financial backbone of Eaton's newest venture, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and growth in a dynamic market.

What you'll do:

1. Launch & Establishment Phase: Build the Foundation

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets to optimize resources for facility setup, equipment procurement, and workforce development.

Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement rigorous cost-tracking mechanisms to ensure project delivery within budget, identifying savings without compromising quality.

Regulatory Compliance: Navigate Vietnam's financial landscape with precision-ensure adherence to tax laws, reporting standards, and SOX/internal controls from day one.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively address risks such as currency fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and market volatility.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global teams, investors, and local banks to secure funding and align financial strategy with organizational goals.

2. Ongoing Leadership & Strategic Impact:

Financial Governance: Oversee month-end closing, statutory reporting (VN/US GAAP), audits, and three-division ledger compliance (CPS/PDSS/CPC).

Business Partnering: Drive operational success by analyzing KPIs, optimizing working capital (inventory turnover, DPO), and leading cost-reduction initiatives.

Data-Driven Insights: Deliver actionable financial analysis on margins, material/labor costs, and productivity to steer business decisions.

Annual Profit Planning: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align with Eaton's global objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Champion internal controls, process enhancements, and change management to scale operations sustainably.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in finance leadership roles, ideally within MNC manufacturing. Proven success in Vietnam plant startups is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Mastery of VN/US GAAP, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and SOX compliance.
    • Fluency in English and Vietnamese (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
