Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Finance & Cost Supervisor.
What you'll do:
1) Lead accounting functions in the financial statement consolidation and analysis, operating forecasts and
profit plan development, division / corporate reports performance and internal control implementation.
2) Perform accounting tasks of a difficult nature while following general instructions with a fair degree of
discretion allowed for work interpretation.
3) The position requires a high level understanding of the accounting systems including the ability to modify or
develop new procedures to accomplish assignments.

2) Assist Controller in observing and implementing Internal Controls in plant, in the development and
maintenance of internal procedures aligned to Corporate and Divisional policies.
3) Assist Controller in ensuring Divisional and Corporate reports delivery on time basis.
4) Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
5) Support inventory actions such as cost roll up, inventory adjustments, E&O analysis, and physical inventory
6) Coordinate and Consolidate financial budgets, forecasts and Profit Plan activities
7) Validate cost out
8) Prepare complex financial analysis for management, including analysis of main variances to forecast, profit
plan, last year and standards
9) Review and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
10) Support manufacturing expenses control and admin expense control
11) Fill out forms required by government bureau.
12) Supervise activities related to achieve DSO goal
13) Perform activities related to keep BS clean and without risks
14) Complete assigned EHS actions items. (BBS, report near misses, accomplish with MESH requirements: EHS
programs, training, etc.)
15) Demonstrate the execution of his role within the CIF and support related initiatives on daily basis through
establishing, maintaining and complying his Standard Work and other tools. Participate in Kaizen events, and Continuous Improvement teams when required. Usage of the ELLS tools (5's+, and Problem Solving) to
drive the continuous improvement performance in his function
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial field from accredited institution
2) Up than 5-8 years of experience in financial departments including 2 in cost accounting functions
3) Working knowledge of accounting and finance
4) Experience in a manufacturing environment
5) High computer skills and communication abilities
6) Proficient in MS Office toolset
7) Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
1) SAP / Oracle business system experience.
2) Master's degree
3) Foundational knowledge of lean principles and manufacturing processes
