Eaton's Electrical division is currently seeking a Associate Product Manager to join our team in Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC.
This Associate Product Manager will be assigned specific product management responsibilities as needed including NPI projects with a focus on the whitespace market. The role will focus on Technical Integrations and User Enablement. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in technical integrations, creating user-centric documentation, and enhancing product usability to ensure a seamless user experience. This role will be instrumental in supporting product integrations and developing comprehensive resources that empower users to maximize product value with minimal reliance on technical support.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,250 - $117,700 a year.

What you'll do:
- Ownership of the end user self service experience.
- Documentation Excellence: Work with appropriate resources to create, update, and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and online help resources that are intuitive and user-friendly.
- User Enablement: Develop and implement strategies for user self-service and enablement, reducing the need for customer support interactions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, support, and marketing teams to align integration and documentation strategies with overall product goals.
- User Feedback Incorporation: Regularly gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in both product integration and documentation.
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience in product management/ownership, project management, technical writing, or a similar role focusing on product integrations and user documentation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
- No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
