As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and enhancement of DaVita's digital patient platforms, which improve the care we provide both in-clinic and at home. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with product leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.

What you'll do:
- Roadmap execution and backlog management
- Partner with product leadership to execute the product roadmap and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and development resources
- Support the development team by refining and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements
- Feature ideation, development and planning
- Assist in identifying, vetting, and advancing feature ideas in collaboration with stakeholders and users
- Collaborate with design, research, and development teams to refine concepts and translate them into actionable plans
- Proactively address blockers and coordinate cross-team efforts to keep projects on track
- Monitor post-launch performance, analyze feedback and data, and propose iterative improvements
- Stakeholder collaboration and user-centric focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical, field operations, legal, and go-to-market teams
- Facilitate clear and open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and goals
- Stay informed about patient needs and challenges to ensure feature development improves real-world outcomes
- Critical thinking and problem-solving: You're able to translate complex problems into clear, actionable steps
- Communication skills: You're an outstanding communicator who can connect with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field is required
- 0-2 years in product management, consulting, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Basic familiarity with Agile practices and tools is a plus
